Complete the North Kitsap School District Grant Approval Form and the North Kitsap Schools Foundation Grant Application.

Review the checklist and application with your principal and affirm their approval in the appropriate location on the checklist.

• Technology requests must be approved separately, prior to submitting. If a technology-related request is not pre-approved, the grant application will fail the review process. Complete a Technology Request Form so that any technical needs can be aligned with the current systems.

• Ensure any bids received to calculate the cost of your grant request have an expiration date after the date you expect to order materials or services.

• IMPORTANT: Your school principal’s signature is required on the NKSD Grant Approval form prior to submitting your application. Please allow enough time to get required principal approval and submit before the deadline.​​

• Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Grant applications will be reviewed by the District Service Council for compliance with the district’s mission and core curriculum.
