And Not The Ones Stuck Under His Fingernails
A lifelong NK educator, and a figure of steadfast joy.

Bob Webb has dedicated himself to the North Kitsap community in a way that has spanned generations.
Leaving a dude ranch in Jackson Hole, WY, and riding off to a Pacific Northwest sunset, Bob pitched his tent and lay his bedroll in North Kitsap. With more than 30 years in NKSD he’s worked in Kingston and Poulsbo area schools, taught fifth and sixth grades, and currently spreads joy through his calm and disarming demeanor as Poulsbo Elementary’s PE teacher.
"I believe the NKSF adds so much to the learning experience of the students in the district. It brings resources and materials otherwise not available to the instructors."
Bob’s magical cowboy ways warm the hearts of anyone who’s had the opportunity to spend time with him.
A member of the Kiwanis of Greater Poulsbo and Poulsbo Elementary PTSA, Bob spent the last 10 years with NKSF as a board trustee. But a fella can only be ropin’ doggies for so long before he needs to kick up his heels in the bunkhouse.
Sadly, 2024 was Bob’s last year with NKSF. We’re going to miss his gentle smile and deep connection with the community. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Bob, and we find comfort in knowing what he has given to support quality education in North Kitsap.
