Town & Country Markets, and Walmart step up to support NK education.

Town & Country Markets and Walmart offer us the sustenance we need to feed our families bodies, and the support we need to feed our children’s minds.

In 2024, Walmart provided a total of $5,011.94 in financial support, and Town & Country Markets supported North Kitsap schools with $1,961 for two special programs.

This funding allowed NKSF to provide some amazing grant awards for our district.

Town & Country Markets focused their support on two critical educational programs in our schools. Specifically, the Poulsbo and Kingston Middle School’s Cooking to Learn program, and the NKHS Bridge Program to help special needs students develop necessary independent living skills.

Walmart’s generosity covered roughly 5% of our total Grants Program awards, and a whopping 41% of our entire Honor Roll revenue for 2024. Don’t forget, you can round-up your purchases at Walmart when you shop online or through the Walmart app.
