WHAT IS SPARK
SPARK is the new identity for the North Kitsap Schools Foundation’s monthly payroll giving program for district staff. It's a refreshed, energizing way to recognize and grow a community of educators who believe in supporting one another, from classroom to classroom and school to school.
Across North Kitsap, teachers and staff quietly give through payroll deduction to support each other, and to ignite opportunities for students that go far beyond what state funding can provide.
Small acts of support that multiply into real change. A quiet but growing movement of generosity, innovation, and belief in what's possible when we work together.

Through automatic payroll deduction, often just $5, $10, or $20. NKSD staff are quietly fueling the future. These small, consistent contributions go to the North Kitsap Schools Foundation, helping fund classroom grants and enrichment opportunities that go beyond what state dollars can cover.
