What may have looked like a grant for professional books was actually something much bigger: an investment in teachers and in the future of math instruction.

At Poulsbo Elementary, the gym is filled with color, laughter, and giggles as students lift a brand-new parachute together—no one left out, everyone part of the fun. Adding stopwatches for friendly challenges and goal-setting has made PE with Mr. Webb a place where students move, grow, and smile every single day.
